Delivery terms

• Orders placed and paid before 11:00 AM (Monday–Friday) are eligible for same-day delivery (business days only).​
• Orders placed and paid after 11:00 AM (Monday–Friday) are scheduled for next business day delivery.​
• Same-day and next-day delivery apply only from Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays and Sundays within the UAE. (Some remote areas are excluded and applies to in-stock items)
• International delivery timelines are based on the shipping service selected at checkout (courier transit times and any customs processes may vary by destination).​
