RETURNS, WARRANTY AND REFUNDS

If an item is a returnable item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment. Non-returnable items which have been sourced outside of Dynamiccom’s usual on-hand products will not be returnable as we can not return it to the supplier, and we pay upfront for these items. If there is a concern about whether or not a specific item is returnable, please enquire before ordering.

Returnable Items may be returned up to 7 days from receiving the order. We only accept resalable as new items in its original packaging with the tags attached and in the same state as received, unused and undamaged and there will be a 5% handling fee to cover payment gateway, shipping, admin and warehousing picking costs.

Specialised orders and back-to-back orders brought in based on your order are made and shipped to order, and we are therefore unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to “on order or customised order” products once your order has been submitted and processed.

Where an item is accepted as a returned and resalable item, after receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a refund as soon as possible.

If an item is faulty or dead on arrival, we will replace the unit or have it repaired in line with the manufacturer’s warranty terms, which is generally a carry-in warranty whereby you send us the item for review and we then claim an RMA repair or replacement and notify you when it’s ready for collection. 

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 3 to 7 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION

If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it, unless the items have been specifically ordered in from our overseas suppliers and paid upfront by us.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping within the UAE is available on a same-day or next-day basis for orders where all items are under 10 kg, subject to stock availability and successful payment confirmation. Same-day delivery applies to eligible orders confirmed by 10:00 am, while next-day delivery applies to eligible orders confirmed by 4:00 pm. Larger or heavier items, or orders containing mixed items above 10 kg, may require an additional 1–2 working days for delivery within the UAE.

All delivery timelines mentioned apply only to shipments within the UAE and are indicative, not guaranteed, as they may be affected by courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen delays. International shipments are processed according to the available international forwarding options, rates, and terms presented at checkout, and transit times will vary by destination and selected service.

Same-day and next-day delivery options are available only for in-stock items that meet the eligibility and cut-off time conditions described above. Items offered on back order, or orders that include one or more back-ordered products, are excluded from same-day and next-day delivery commitments and will be dispatched as soon as stock is available. Customers will be informed of the status of any back-ordered items through regular updates, which may include email notifications, telephone calls, or other communication channels provided at the time of ordering.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.

DUTIES AND INTERNATIONAL FEES

Deliveries to countries outside the UAE may incur duties, taxes, or charges that are not included in the total price displayed. To avoid unforeseen charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information on fees before placing your order.
